Matterform, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a creative design studio. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we share it when you visit https://www.matterform.xyz (including case studies, services, and related studio pages).

This policy covers the public Matterform studio website. It does not cover client-owned venues, third-party social networks we link to, or Matterform’s internal operations tools, except where those tools process the same inquiry or support records described here.
This studio site is a portfolio and services site. We do not collect SMS opt-in on matterform.xyz.

Service providers. Squarespace hosts this website and may process logs and form submissions. Payment, if you use checkout on this site, is handled by Squarespace and its payment processors. Twilio processes support SMS solely to deliver messages. These parties act as our processors. That is not a marketing share.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect people or the service. That does not include sharing mobile opt-in data for marketing or promotional purposes.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies
Squarespace and related tools may use cookies or similar storage to run the site and measure traffic. We do not use advertising or third-party marketing cookies to sell your data.
7. California privacy rights
If the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA applies to you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. 8. Retention

This site is for professional and studio audiences. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. International visitors
This site is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
